Through our partnership with the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER), we provide workforce training across over 40 craft areas, equipping individuals with essential skills. We also inspire future builders through immersive architectural and construction camps.

Our team holds OSHA 30 and FEMA certifications in emergency disaster response and environmental safety, and we are certified by the Disaster Contractors Network, ensuring top-tier standards in every project. In addition, our 24/7 emergency response team is prepared for urgent needs, from disaster recovery to certified COVID-19 cleaning.

About Our Founder
Robyn Donaldson
Robyn Donaldson is a dynamic entrepreneur known for her leadership in Renew Construction Services LLC, Construction X, and STEM Xposure Inc. She founded Renew Construction Services in 2014, establishing it as a premier cleaning firm for major events like the Super Bowl. Robyn's strategic partnerships expanded her impact, providing materials to institutions like USF and Moffitt.

Robyn's visionary leadership extends to STEM Xposure Inc., where she mentors African American girls in STEM careers. Her programs gained global reach during the pandemic, engaging over 361 students. Locally, STEM Xposure has transformed the lives of 386 students, with many pursuing architecture.

Robyn also spearheads CONSTRUCTION X, empowering women in construction trades through training and job placement.
Committed to philanthropy, Robyn's efforts have created employment opportunities and earned her recognition as a semifinalist for the Global Women Award for Leadership.
