About Our Founder
Providing construction and janitorial cleaning services
for over 20 years
Ms. Donaldson has been a managing member of Renew Construction Services since 2014. She provides the business with organization strategies to align resources, increase sales and see that each cleaning job is done to complete satisfaction.
Robyn Donaldson is an Architecture Designer, Builder, NCCER Curriculum Proctor, Curriculum Performance Evaluator, Craft Instructor, and STEM advocate. AKA ”From the Toilet Bowl to the Super Bowl”. Her company, Renew Construction Services, has been featured on CBS and ABC as the leading cleaning firm for the Super Bowl and NFL Kickoff hosted in Tampa Bay 2021. In addition, Robyn successfully renewed her contract with the Tampa Convention Center where she can provide employment to 65 people in the Tampa Bay Area. Due to her success, Robyn was garnered strategic partnerships with Home Depot and Graybar Electric, thus providing supplies to USF, Moffitt, and the City of Tampa.
As the founder and executive director of STEM Xposure, a robust non-profit whose mission is to expose minority students to unrepresented STEM careers, featured on Kelly Rings “What’s Right with Tampa Bay.” 2021,2021 Robyn took her Architectural Design camp Global in the middle of the pandemic from her garage, impacting over 120 students. With her first exchange student from Kenya pursuing Architecture.
Locally impacting 300 students, with 3 students in college pursuing STEM Careers.
As a resident of Hillsborough County, Robyn deems it a necessity to engage in philanthropic endeavors to bring forth positive impact. Her community involvement includes engaging in community real estate development, affordable housing solutions, teaching trade classes and mentoring young adults, and providing employment through strategic partnerships. Her philanthropic efforts also include Woman Building Futures, serving as a mentor to women entering the construction industry. Honored by AAUW American Association of University Women for outstanding community work with women and youth to promote self-development and education advancement.
Robyn currently serves as a board member with the Tampa Urban League and Community Chair for East Tampa CAC.
She has also served as the NWFL chair and the National Education Chair of the National Association of Black Women in Construction. She also played a key role in the establishment of a NABWIC chapter at Florida A&M University’s engineering department. In addition, Robyn has developed a curriculum for Florida Polytechnic University engineering students.
